Accordingly, individuals located in the UK are not permitted to open an Account or to place Bets with the Operator. By seeking to register, you confirm that you are not in a Prohibited Jurisdiction and that you meet all eligibility criteria below.
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old (or higher if required by the laws of your country of residence) to open an Account. You must truthfully confirm your age during registration and the Operator may request evidence at any time.
- Location restrictions: You must not be located in the United Kingdom or any other Prohibited Jurisdiction when registering or placing Bets. Use of VPNs, proxies or other tools to disguise your true location is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- One account only: You may hold only one Account with the Operator. Duplicate or linked accounts may be closed and any associated Bonuses cancelled.
Registration Process and KYC
- Account creation: To register, you must provide a valid email address, choose a secure password and, where requested, supply accurate personal details (such as full name, date of birth, physical address and phone number). You must verify your email address using the link sent to you.
- Know Your Customer (KYC): Before allowing deposits, withdrawals or continued play, the Operator may require you to complete KYC checks in line with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing obligations. This can include providing government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and, where appropriate, proof of source of funds.
- Ongoing verification: The Operator may conduct additional checks at any time (for example, when your total transactions reach a certain threshold or where suspicious activity is detected). Failure to provide requested documents, or provision of false or misleading information, may result in suspension or closure of your Account and, where necessary, reporting to relevant authorities.
User Responsibilities
- Accuracy of data: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your Account is complete, accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify the Operator of any changes.
- Password security: You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party. Any Bet placed via your Account will be treated as having been placed by you. You should use a strong, unique password and enable any additional security features made available.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and contact customer support. The Operator may temporarily suspend your Account to protect you while investigations are undertaken.
- Compliance with law: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website complies with the laws applicable to you. You must not use the services where their offering or your participation would be unlawful, including in the United Kingdom.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
The Operator seeks to provide a fair, transparent and secure betting and gaming environment for Users who are legally permitted to participate. By placing any Bet through the Duelbits-branded services accessed via duelbit.bet, you acknowledge that all Bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant Game, these Terms, and any additional sports or casino rules published on the Operator's primary domain (currently duelbits.com/sports-rules for sportsbook rules).
Placing Bets
- Bet acceptance: A Bet is deemed accepted once it has been processed and recorded on the Operator's servers and appears in your betting history. You are responsible for checking that the details of each Bet are correct before confirming.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game or market may specify a minimum and/or maximum stake. The Operator may impose further limits on a per-User or per-Bet basis and may refuse any Bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
- Bet confirmation: Once a Bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot normally be cancelled or changed by you. In cases of obvious error (for example, manifestly incorrect odds), the Operator may void or adjust Bets in accordance with its published rules.
- Odds and results: For sportsbook wagers, odds are subject to change up until the point of Bet acceptance. Settlements are based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or event organiser.
Void Bets and Cancellations
- Technical issues: In the event of a system malfunction, obvious pricing error, or other technical fault that affects the integrity of a Bet, the Operator may declare the Bet void. In such cases, the stake will normally be returned to your Account.
- Game interruptions: For casino Games, if a disconnection occurs after a Bet is placed but before the outcome is determined, the Operator will endeavour to complete the round automatically. The final outcome will be reflected in your balance once connection is restored.
- Abuse and irregular play: The Operator may cancel Bets and confiscate associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in fraud, collusion, use of prohibited software, exploitation of obvious errors, or any other form of unfair advantage.
Conduct in Live Casino, Sports and Chat
- Respectful behaviour: You must not use offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, racist, sexist, hateful or otherwise inappropriate language in live chat, usernames, or any other communication channel provided by the Operator or referenced through duelbit.bet.
- No harassment or threats: Harassment, bullying, threats and intimidation of other players, dealers, support staff or any third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your Account.
- Prohibited conduct: You must not attempt to cheat, collude with other players, manipulate games, use bots or scripts, or exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities. Any such behaviour will be treated as serious misconduct and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- Monitoring: The Operator reserves the right to monitor Games and chat communications and to record sessions in order to investigate suspected breaches and to comply with regulatory obligations.
Bonus Terms
The Operator may, from time to time, offer Bonuses and promotions in connection with the Duelbits-branded services accessible via duelbit.bet. All such offers are subject to these Bonus Terms, the general Terms, and any specific rules published with the relevant promotion. If there is any conflict, the specific promotion rules prevail to the extent of inconsistency.
Bonus Qualification and Activation
- Eligibility: Bonuses are typically available only to registered Users who are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction and who meet the criteria stated in the promotional description (for example, first-time depositors, or Users who opt in to a particular campaign).
- Opt-in and codes: Some promotions require you to opt in or enter a bonus code before making a qualifying deposit or placing a qualifying Bet. Failure to follow the stated steps may result in no Bonus being credited.
- Bonus credits: Bonus funds, free spins or free bets will be credited to your Bonus Balance once all activation conditions are met. The time and method of crediting will be set out in the relevant offer.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Wagering: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning you must stake the Bonus amount (and, in some cases, associated winnings) a specified number of times before it converts to Real Money Balance. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a £10 Bonus would require £100 in eligible bets.
- Contribution of games: Not all Games may contribute equally to wagering requirements. Some may contribute 100%, some a lower percentage, and some may be excluded entirely. The applicable contribution table will be specified in the promotion details.
- Time limits: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements must normally be completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion (for example, within 7, 14 or 30 days from crediting in 2025). If the timeframe expires, the Bonus and any unpaid associated winnings may be forfeited.
Restrictions and Prohibited Practices
- Maximum bet limits: When playing with an active Bonus, there may be a maximum permitted stake per spin, game round or sports Bet. Stakes in excess of such limits may not count towards wagering and may result in forfeiture of the Bonus.
- Game restrictions: Certain games or categories may be excluded from Bonus play (for example, jackpot games or some high-volatility slots). Attempting to use Bonus funds on restricted games may be considered Bonus abuse.
- Bonus abuse: Prohibited behaviours include, but are not limited to, opening multiple accounts, colluding with others, placing offsetting Bets, or deliberately structuring play solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay. The Operator may cancel Bonuses, void winnings and close Accounts where Bonus abuse is suspected.
Combining Promotions
- No automatic combination: Unless expressly permitted, Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. You may be allowed to have only one active Bonus at a time.
- Order of use: Where both real money and Bonus funds are available, the Operator may determine the order in which they are used (for example, real money first, then Bonus funds), as stated in the specific Bonus rules.
- Cancellation: You may, in some cases, request that an active Bonus be removed from your Account. If you do so, any remaining Bonus Balance and associated winnings may be forfeited.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits to and withdrawals from your Account are processed through the payment systems supported by the Operator, which may include bank cards, e-wallets and certain cryptocurrencies. Some payment services may be facilitated by Ghost Operations LTD in its capacity as a payment processing entity. The Operator does not accept transactions from or to persons located in the United Kingdom or other Prohibited Jurisdictions.
Deposits
- Deposit methods: The available deposit methods (such as credit or debit cards, e-wallets and cryptocurrency wallets) will be displayed in the cashier section of the Website. Not all methods may be available in all countries.
- Third-party payments: You must only use payment instruments held in your own name. The Operator may refuse or reverse transactions originating from third-party accounts.
- Fees and limits: The Operator may apply minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day or over other periods. Any applicable fees will be disclosed in the cashier or at the point of transaction.
- Currency and conversions: Deposits may be accepted in one or more supported currencies or cryptocurrencies. If currency conversion is required, it will be performed at the prevailing rate of the relevant provider; you are responsible for any conversion costs.
Withdrawals
- Verification: Before processing any withdrawal request, the Operator may require you to complete KYC checks and, where necessary, provide documents confirming your identity, address and source of funds. Withdrawals may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.
- Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits. If this is not feasible, the Operator may request an alternative method subject to additional checks.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, within 24-72 hours during 2025), but actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any required verification.
- Limits and fees: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply. The Operator may charge reasonable fees for processing withdrawals or currency conversions, which will be disclosed where relevant.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Crypto Transactions
- Refund policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for gaming. In exceptional circumstances, and at its sole discretion, the Operator may consider a refund request, provided that no Bonus abuse, fraud or other breach has occurred.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, the Operator may suspend your Account, recover any bonuses and winnings derived from the disputed funds, and share relevant information with payment providers and authorities.
- Cryptocurrency risk: Where cryptocurrency is accepted, you acknowledge that such transactions are irreversible and subject to price volatility. Deposits and withdrawals will be credited based on the amount actually received or sent on the relevant blockchain at the time of confirmation.

The Operator endeavours to provide a fair and continuous gaming service but cannot guarantee that the Website will be available at all times or free from errors. - Maximum liability: Without prejudice to the above, and subject to any non-excludable statutory rights you may have, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the higher of (i) the amount of your relevant Bet or (ii) the amount of funds in your Account at the time of the incident, up to a reasonable maximum set by the Operator.
- Legal use only: The Operator accepts no responsibility for any use of the services in breach of local law, including by users located in the United Kingdom. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful.
- Mandatory rights: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you in 2025.
